The Deweese neighborhood is one of the hidden gems of Dayton! Across the street you will find Wegerzyn Gardens, which displays beautiful foliage throughout the seasons. On the other side of the street you will find Deweese Park and can take the bike trail to downtown. The house is two minutes from Interstate 75 and 5 minutes from downtown by car.
