Five Stars Isn't Enough for Lynn & Charlie
I had an outstanding experience at Lynn and Charlie's place. Throughout my time there, they were consistently responsive, addressing any concerns or maintenance needs promptly and with genuine care. What truly set them apart was their warmth and thoughtfulness, always going above and beyond to make tenants feel welcome and valued. Their beautifully remodeled home was a pleasure to live in. I also want to give a special shout-out to my roommates, without a doubt the best I've ever had. The environment fostered by Lynn and Charlie clearly attracts incredible people, and my roommates were a perfect example of that. I would wholeheartedly recommend Lynn and Charlie's place to anyone looking for a true Home away from Home.

Home away from home
The unit was beautiful, clean, well maintained. My roommates were the best. Lynn the landlord always responded to any question or request immediately. This was by far the best furnished finder I ever stayed in!

Excellent stay
My 2 months here in NH was so comfortable. L is such an amazing host/landlord and I really couldn't have asked for more. The house was perfect and in great proximity to everywhere I needed to go. 8-10 min from most places including work. L also accommodated me on my very last minute request as a first time out of state traveler, so for that I am grateful!
