The studio apartment is to be accessed via the concrete stairway on the right side of the house. Solar lights illuminate the path down to the room, and a motion sensor flood light is controlled by the studio tenant (you!).

We warmly welcome friendly medium or small dogs. Additionally, reptiles and fish are also welcome! The unit shares a backyard with the main house, where our small dog enjoys frequent potty breaks. Therefore, we kindly request that visiting dogs are friendly and well-behaved.

Just what I needed
I stayed at this comfortable quiet residence with my Basset hound Ben for 3 months. Hosts are wonderful very accommodating and welcoming. I truly enjoyed my stay here and would stay again if I were in area again ! Bed was comfortable and was able to cook small meals on the 2 burner electric stove provided

Five stars*****. I rented the ADU for a year while waiting for my home to be ready, and Ana and Michael were fantastic landlordsresponsive, fair, and genuinely supportive. The neighborhood is wonderfully quiet, making it a perfect retreat after busy days. The space itself is a cozy little gem: comfortable, well-kept, and just right for one or a couple. Parking is greata solid spot in the driveway with ample room for guests to park as well. Theres an outdoor sitting area that looked inviting (I didnt take full advantage of it, but its a nice feature). Communication was clear and any maintenance needs were handled quickly. If youre looking for a peaceful, convenient, and comfortable place to stay while you get settled, I highly recommend this ADU. I would definitely rent here again.

This stay was very pleasant and comfortable. It had everything I needed while I was doing a month long rotation at a nearby hospital. The hosts were very kind and easy-going. I would recommend!
