i do have a son who i share 50-50 one week each but he is 9 and is also gone most of the day in school we arrive usually around 7-8 PM pretty calm household and neighbors

Quiet Basement Studio
This basement studio is in a safe, quiet neighborhood, perfect for one or two people with easy access parking. Private entrance through garage, washer dryer and kitchenette was very convenient. Landlord is very accommodating, respectful, and available/easy to reach if needed at all times. Would definitely rent here again (recent stay was for 8 months) and recommend to others. Very thankful that Rob (owner) was very quick to respond to our initial inquiry, flexible, and easy to work with.

Nice and updated basement apartment
The place was very neat and had lots of useful kitchenware, towels, and tv available. It is pretty much a studio apartment but was just what we needed. We had a private entrance through the garage and parking in the driveway. Rob was very accommodating and helpful. I would rent again.

Loved it!
Awesome place for 1 person could easily make 2 work as well. Unit is very nice. Clean, quiet and easy in and out. Good location and R is a great host! Very easy to work with and accommodating as much as he can be! Really enjoyed my time there. Most definitely would stay again!
