Cozy home away from home

Cozy house with everything you need. Great location, close to everything. If you prefer to stay in your own little home, this is so much better than an apartment or condo. Would definitely stay here again.

Decent

Overall, the place is a decent place to stay; it has some quirks, however. The air/heat vents are all in the ceiling and blow directly on you in bed, and directly at the stove. Once temp dropped below 35-40, the bathroom was very cold. There were random people walking through the yard/driveway near house as if it were an alley. There were some things missing; oven light burned out, dishwasher kick panel gone and wires were exposed, refrigerator filter was used up, and furnace filter was clogged. We asked for replacements of the oven light and dishwasher panel, was told he'd come by with them, but then we never heard from him. We replaced the water and furnace filters ourselves (and left a second in the home). The place was less than clean on arrival, and the only vacuum given was a dustbuster on a stick that was not adequate to clean the rugs. I stayed for 3 months and had no other issues other than slow communcitation. Decent place overall.
