Grant & Max in Platt Park are the best!

G is a phenomenal landlord/roomate. Just like a solid, respectful guy who will also probably be down to grab a drink with you at Lincoln Roadhouse if you're into that! As a gal with her dog traveling from the Seattle area, we felt right at home and welcomed during our whole stay. No weird or unsafe vibes. G is a treasure trove of fun facts and tips on the area, and his home with M is a relaxed and comfortable little haven amist the surrounding bustling neighborhoods. Super cool, historic home that's been lovingly maintained and updated. Location can't be beat (walking distance to Sushi DEN like a couple blocks, also Wash Park is a mile away). Really grateful to have spent a month renting the finished basement with bedroom and attached bath, lounge area and little office space. Terrific rental experience all-around.

We loved this stay and would definitely stay again. Hands down our best Furnished Finder experience. We stayed for 3 months. The neighborhood is great - walking distance to good coffee, restaurants, bars, breweries, and parks. The house itself is lovely and has all of the amenities that you would want. Highly recommend.
