Great Stay!

The stay was exactly as described- super clean, comfortable and safe! Lynette is super friendly and easy to get along with, and made sure I had everything I needed for my stay! Kitchen has everything that I needed to meal prep my meals for the work days, the bathroom had a great shower, and the room was perfect with a bed, desk and roomy closet. Even a cute patio thats nice to see when pulling up! Parking was easy just behind the unit, with separate outside and inside door codes. I didnt hear noise from neighbors above, below or beside us, or Lynette when we worked opposites! The area is nice with a grocery store and gas station nearby, and the walking trails around were beautiful in the afternoon! Not in the busy and loud of downtown, which I appreciated. Would stay again if I ever needed to come back to Iowa city for any reason, and would recommend to anyone looking for something affordable with a friendly roommate :)
