Perfect for what was needed

I needed a long term rental while working in the area. Monique's place didn't disappoint. In unit laundry, close to shopping and restaurants, safe neighborhood, short commute. I couldn't have asked for better. Great morning balcony mountain views. Will definitely stay again.

Just what we wanted!

We would give this property 10 stars! We needed a long-term rental that was furnished and nearby to our former residence while our new home was under construction. Monique's condo was a life-saver! It provided everything we wanted. It was comfortable and well-furnished and in a safe, friendly complex with plenty of parking. Not only this, but the owner was very thoughtful and willing to be flexible with dates. It was truly a pleasure working with her and her rental agent. We would definitely recommend this condo. It was great!
