Walker paradise charming safe quiet Queen Anne Hill garage parking Apartment

This condo is a great choice atop Queen Anne. The owner lives nearby and is welcoming, easy to reach, and very accommodating. The condo is 2 short blocks to the restaurants and shops on Queen Anne Ave. and 3 blocks to the amazing views of Kerry Park. The whole area is safe and walkable. The condo building has only about a dozen units, with secure underground parking and an elevator. A bus stop is literally outside the front door, so Pike Place Market, the sports stadiums, and the rest of Seattle are easily accessible without a car. The condo itself has 2 floors -- an open kitchen (full size appliances, lots of counter space), dining area, and living room, and bath on the main floor, with 2 bedrooms, full bath (with huge tub), and washer & dryer on the other floor. The condo is a corner unit with lots of skylights, so the main floor is light, airy, and comfortable. The condo has space to spread out and has fast internet. We stayed for 2 months, and wish we could have stayed longer.
