Great place

This has been an amazing house to stay at. The location is very accessible to all of the Denver neighborhoods. The house itself is clean, modern and has everything you need. My roommate and I extended our lease multiple times because of how much we have enjoyed it here. Alex is extremely easy to work with and responds very quickly to any questions.

Wonderful home!

This place was exactly what we needed! The house is modern, clean, comfortable, and lovely. The owners have clearly paid lots of thoughtful attention to every aspect of temporary living that one would hope to find in a short-term (or longer term!) rental. The furnishings & appliances are high end, but not overly formal. The kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry are equipped exactly as youd want them including everything youll need. The location is extremely convenient to anywhere youd need to go in the Denver metro area. Quiet and safe neighborhood, friendly neighbors, and lots of options for shopping and dining within just a few miles. I cant say enough good things about communication with the owner. Alex was always responsive, flexible, thoughtful, kind, accommodating, and respectful. It is clear that he takes a lot of pride in this home and wants guests to love it as much as he does. If this listing fits your needs, I would recommend that you take it with no hesitation!

Great house

The house is modern, fully equipped with everything you might need, and located in a wonderful neighborhood close to Denver downtown. Communication with the landlord was excellentalways quick and helpful. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!
