This is, what we call in New Orleans, a double shotgun. I live on one side and this property is on the other side. They are completely separate places with a center wall dividing them. There's a very large shared backyard and a smaller more private yard. There are 6 total rentals total on the property and they are rented to travel nurses 90% of the time. NOLA Loft
The loft is absolutely beautiful and fully equipped with everything you need for both short and long-term stays. One of our favorite features is the backyardit's a peaceful oasis and the perfect place to relax after a long day of work. The location is incredibly central, with restaurants, bars, and a local supermarket all within walking distance. The best part? During Mardi Gras season, you're just a short walk from the parades, and you even get a sneak peek of the floats lining up right in front of the loftan unforgettable experience! My wife and son loved the loft so much that we made it our home for a year and a half. It truly became a special place for our family. Amanda, the host, is wonderfulalways responsive and helpful anytime we had a question about the loft or the area. We give the NOLA Loft a well-deserved five stars and wouldnt hesitate to stay here again!
