This is a nice property thats close to the hospital. Large fenced in back yard thats shared with the neighbors which are very friendly. This aprtment comes with everything and I have to sgree with a previous tenant that the downstairs room is the place to be. Lots of room, nice big screen tv. Maalik was easy to contact when we had questions and was very flexable with our schedule.

Great and comfortable spot

The space is clean and very comfortable. My fianc and I loved basement for playing games and having movie nights. There is lots of space and the furniture is well maintained with very comfortable mattresses. Great spot!

Great Furnished Rental

My husband and I, along with our two dogs, thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. We needed a place to stay for multiple months while my husband was on medical rotations, and this was the perfect spot. The landlord is extremely attentive and responsive - he always helped us if we had any questions or ran into any issues. The house is very well-maintained and has a huge backyard, great appliances and electronics, comfortable beds, a large basement media room, etc. Nice, quiet, and safe neighborhood. We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again!
