The best part of this property is its location. You are close to everything. Hospitals, great food, grocery, starbucks, the strip, the lake, bike trails, etc. With that being said, the property is brand new and professionally decorated. Safe and sound with gated entrance and garage entry directly into home. My husband said he wishes he had a place like this to go to while in residency!

Utilities INCLUDED-The unique aspect of this property is that it feels much bigger that it is. The patio is amazing and act like a 2nd family area. Great closet solution in primary bedroom. (Primary closet acts as an owners closet) large closet in second bedroom too! Comfortably accommodates 4 people.

Beautiful Condo, Wonderful Host, and Perfect Long-Term Stay!
I stayed at Stephanie’s condo in Henderson the past 5+ months and had a wonderful experience. The condo is new, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully furnished with modern touches. It truly had everything I needed, especially in the kitchen, which is very well stocked with great cookware and essentials. Everything was exactly as advertised and very clean when I arrived. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the condo quickly felt like home. The community is quiet, gated, and very safe, and parking was excellent with a two-car garage and plenty of guest parking. I also loved the balcony with the comfortable outdoor couch — a perfect place to relax. The second bedroom has a desk, which made it ideal for remote work. Stephanie was a fantastic host — kind, responsive, and always helpful. She even sent me a video she recorded showing how to change the door lock batteries. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Awesome host!
100% would stay here again. Close to everything, very safe and clean feeling. Plenty of paths to go walk. Good restaurants near by. Stephanie was a great host. She was quick to respond to any questions we had. This was out first experience with furnished finder and it was a very good one! Thank you Stephanie!

Perfect place to stay!
We absolutely loved staying here at for our time in Henderson! Stephanies condo is in the perfect location, having moved from out of state and not knowing the area. We felt extremely safe both at the condo and walking around the beautiful neighborhoods surrounding. The condo has everything you need for a short stay and more! We appreciate how clear the directions for both move in and move out were, and how quick and clear communication with Stephanie was. I would 100% recommend staying here for anyone traveling to the area and would again myself if we were to return.

Wonderful stay!
This place was absolutely amazing! Stephanie was so accommodating to my boyfriend and Is needs. Its very safe and easy commute with lots to do around. The house has everything you could possibly need and more, including the fun extras like the espresso machine. We loved our stay and would highly recommend to others! Thank you so much Stephanie!
