If you're looking for a one bedroom apartment that truly has everything you could possibly need, look no further! Every essential is already here, from kitchenware to cozy linens, making moving in effortless and stress free. One of the best features is the location. Whether you need groceries, want to shop, or grab a quick bite to eat, everything is either within walking distance or just a short drive away. It's incredibly convenient and perfect for someone who values accessibility and ease. The landlord is also very accommodating, responsive, and genuinely cares about the tenants comfort and well being. Anytime I had a question or a small need, Chuck was quick to get in touch and resolve it with kindness and professionalism. This apartment isnt just a place to stay its a place to feel at home. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and fully equipped living space. You wont be disappointed!

Cozy and Convenient location!

The Bryson House was a great spot for us to land for a few months. The building is historic and delightful and the upstairs one-bedroom unit, while cozy in size, has AMAZING windows and natural light! The neighborhood is safe and well-kept and lined with grand old leafy trees. There is on-street parking with a free permit (easy to obtain), and there are always spots available on the block and usually directly in front of the unit. The home is walking distance to downtown, and bikeable to nearly everywhere else. For light sleepers in Corvallis, its worth considering where the train runs through town. Much of Corvallis is within earshot, and it is within 2 blocks of the Bryson House. Additionally, the bedroom faces Van Buren Ave, a busy (but slow) thoroughfare for cars during rush hour and the occasional group of college kids enthusiastically walking home from the bars on late weekend nights. Would not hesitate to stay here again-a Victorian era home with character for days!
