What a time

Maddi and her home made my time in Phoenix amazing. She is one of the strongest, coolest and kindest people I’ve ever met, and I feel lucky to have gotten to know her over several months. The house is full of laughter and warmth. Her dogs are the sweetest ever, and the place is beautiful and clean and the yard/ hot tub is sublime. Maddi and the environment she has created made it hard to leave!

Cozy Home, Amazing Company!

Maddie came in like a fairy godmother! I was residing in a different listing, having a miserable and difficult time there. When I reached out to her, she was quick with responses and super accommodating when I could move in ASAP. The neighborhood is cute and quiet, which was perfect for me as a night shift nurse. The house is cozy and has everything you need. Maddie makes a great roommate and is personable, we would have movie nights and deep chats outside in her backyard. Her dogs Daisy and Daffy are the CUTEST and loved playing with them. It's just a few minute drive to Valleywise and close to so many shops, restaurants, and gyms. I didn't face any issues while staying here, it was truly a great experience. Thank you for making it feel like home Maddie :)

Best Stay Ever!

I loved staying with Maddie so much, I ended up extending my lease for another month. Maddie was the best roomie. Very courteous of my space, and she always made sure I knew when friends/maintenance people/cleaners/etc were coming over. Her and I became really great friends and had lots of fun bonding over Love is Blind and ice cream nights. Not to mention her dog, Daisy, is the sweetest pup in the world. This'll always be my Arizona home!

RN Retreat in Phoenix

Madison is the best roommate/landlord in Phoenix. I always felt welcome, comfortable, and safe at her casa. The house is clean and in an established neighborhood so I never worried about my vehicle parked in the driveway. She allowed me to raise or decrease the heat/ac in the home with allowed me to be comfortable at all times during my 3 months stay. Madison is usually working or out, leaving me all the necessary privacy someone may not receive when living with another person. The rental is a quick drive to Valleywise and Banner hospitals so you don't have to worry about traffic. Planet Fitness is a block or two down the street with a Walmart. The inside house vibe is calm & cozy, relaxed, laid back. I would definitely recommend her place to stay/rent and will always remember that I have an A-plus place to stay when visiting Phoenix!
