Great Stay

I thoroughly enjoyed staying here for 3 months! I was in Orlando over the summer and needed a place to stay that was relatively close to downtown. Dave and Nadia were super responsive and we were able to finalize details pretty quickly. The location is super convenient as downtown is only ~10 minutes away and major grocery stores are only 5 minutes away. The place is well furnished (fast wifi, modern TV) and Dave and Nadia ensured I had enough towels/blankets/pillows when my family came to visit. You can park your car in the detached garage outback, which also houses the 2 laundry and dryers. Jeffrey, the neighbor, is super sweet as well. Highly recommend!

Highly recommended! I was a tenant at this property for more than one year until early 2025. I moved in originally via Furnished Finders for two months, and liked it so much I extended several times. The home is very well designed and decorated. The onsite garage and extra parking in back were super convenient. The neighbors are very kind. The neighborhood is peaceful and upscale (I walked my dog often to different parks nearby). Access to retail, downtown, and other Orlando attractions is super easy from this central location. The landlord is very professional and responsive. I would have stayed even longer, but my work is taking me away from Orlando.

Nice property

Nice duplex with quiet neighbor. First short term tenant so the furniture was new, which was nice. Great front yard for my dog to play in. Only issue was there are a lot of neighborhood cats around so just be mindful of this in case you are allergic. Landlord was very responsive to any issues. Great central location. The WiFi was fast, which was needed since Im also a student and the landlord logged in to most streaming services, which was a plus. There is also a full size washer and dryer in the garage and space to park one car in the garage. Definitely worth checking out.
