Bedroom 1. 12 x 14. Queen-size bed, loveseat, TV, dresser, clothes hanging space, attached bath with shower.

Bedroom 2. 10 x 12. It has three set-up options: This is the hang-out option. Other than this set-up, there is no living room in the unit. The other two set-up options for this room are shown below: the split king or two twins. TV, dresser, full closet, attached bathroom with tub.

Dining niche. 8.5 x 5. It's a little cozy, but it works. This is also a great workspace.

Private patio, about 10 x 15. Summer flowers are lovely. There's a table with four chairs plus the iron bench that seats two. Beyond that bench is not part of the B&B patio. In the winter there are, of course, no flowers, but there are lights.

Close to everything in central-ish Denver: Museums, zoo, ball parks, hospitals, downtown. Anschutz Medical campus is 7 miles/17 minutes from here (UC Health, VA. Swedish, Children's hospitals. Nat'l Jewish is 3.5 miles, Rose is 2.8 miles, Presbyterian/St. Lukes and St. Josephs are about 5.3 miles.

The B&B space is on the top floor. The entrance is on the left side through the gate. This is a quiet, safe neighborhood. It is across the street front a park, a little over a block from the Cherry Creek bike/hiking trail, a couple of blocks from bus routes.

This entrance gate and the exterior door to your place is shared with my roommate, whom you might never even see ;-). The entrance to your unit is totally private. (the picture looks a little wonky...don't know why...but the reality is good ;-))

Just through the gate is the private patio, 10 x 15, for the unit. Summer flowers are lovely. The patio has a table with four chairs, and an iron bench that seats two.

Beyond this bench is not part of the B&B space.

You could lock a bike out here, but bikes are not permitted to come inside.

There are no flowers in the winter, of course, but we hang holiday lights....

Once through the exterior door, the unit has its own secure entry gate. There are three half-flights of stairs from the exterior entry door up to the B&B. The space has a lot of light.

The kitchenette has a mini fridge, sink, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, basic dishes and utensils, and microwave cookware.

The kitchenette is 12 x 4.
Guests need to take out garbage and recycle each week by Wednesday evening. Those cans are on the other side of the house.

Seating for two, three, and a bit cozy 4...but it works.

This hanging bar with a shelf above is the closet for Bedroom 1. The curtains can be closed ...or not...as you like.

The Cherry Creek bike/hiking trail is a little over one block away.

Bring your Prime, Netflix, etc., passwords with you.

The final deep cleaning fee of $85* is due with your first month's rent. The lighter cleanings are $70* each two weeks, and that fee is due with subsequent rent payments.

Your hosts...cousins. We are rated as "superhosts" with Airbnb. Quite nice old-ish ladies, but we have rules (please check them out on the website) because everyone is happier if we're all on the same page. We don't want things damaged or any disturbing the peace...thank you. The rules include no smoking/no vaping, no loud, no damaging stuff, keeping it clean, etc.

central Denver. It's halfway between downtown Denver and the Tech Center. Close to everything good in Denver, and is between several major hospitals (Rose, Presbyterian, Swedish, Denver Health, Medical Center of Aurora, National Jewish, and AdventHealth Porter).

Quite and Comfortable

This little gem was the perfect accommodation during my relocation. I just moved to Colorado and needed a place while I looked for a home. Sheryl's place gave me central location and comfort I needed during this time. She is very kind and welcoming. I highly recommend this place to anyone traveling or visiting Denver.

Comfortable and quiet

This apartment was a cozy nest for my 4 month stay. The owner lives on the first floor and was friendly and helpful throughout my time there. The unit has two spacious bedrooms & bathrooms as well as a kitchenette and dining area. I primarily live on takeout so the fridge / microwave combo was great for me. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet and parking was a breeze. It was easy to work from the apartment - the wifi was quick and reliable. All in all this was a great stay and I would 100% recommend it.
