great apartment

This was a great apartment for my 3 month stay. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised and grateful for the supplies that Ryan provided for anything I needed at the go. It was great not having to run to the store to get the essentials! The apartment was clean and organized - big closet in bedroom, comfy bed, room darkening curtains and sound soother in the bedroom. It was great having the washer and dryer in unit, iron/ironing board, beautiful bathroom with large shower - even a hair dryer. Full kitchen was also appreciated - including the nice pots and pans, air fryer, toaster oven, Brita water pitcher, and Keurig coffee maker. Ryan was very responsive and professional as a landlord. Street parking was easy - right in front. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful 3-month Stay

I recently had the pleasure of staying in an apartment hosted by Ryan, and the experience was exceptional. From the moment I moved in, the place was immaculately clean with everything setup and ready for use. Ryan had thoughtfully provided all the necessary laundry, kitchen, and cleaning supplies, making settling in effortless. The appliances were all new, and the modern aesthetic of the apartment added a touch of sophistication and comfort to my stay. Mattress was incredibly comfortable, ensuring restful nights throughout my three-month stay. Ryan himself was a fantastic host, balancing friendliness with a respectful regard for privacy. He was also highly accommodating of any requests I had. Street parking was conveniently available outside. Overall, the stay was nothing short of amazing, and I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a top-notch living experience.
