Quaint, Quiet, and Comfortable

Living in this studio has been a great experience. The property is modern and well-kept, and the neighborhood is quiet yet close to both airports and other parts of Miami. Bee, the landlord, is extremely responsive, which makes living here stress-free. She has upgraded the studio to have cameras and a locked outside door which leads to the apartment. I highly recommend this studio apartment for anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and secure home in Miami.

Comfortable and Private

I had a very comfortable and private stay here for an 8 week rotation. The pictures are accurate, the location is perfect and Bee was awesome with communication! She always made sure that I was comfortable. Would highly recommend this studio for a short stay.

The design of the unit is very thoughtful. Additionally, the unit location is outstanding because almost anything is near by. Also, the neighborhood feels safe which is very important to me. Furthermore, the landlord is extremely professional and willing to accommodate your situation when necessary. Overall i was very satisfied with the room.
