Cozy, Clean & Convenient!

We had a great stay here! The location was perfect. It was close to lots of shopping and restaurants, and only about 20 minutes from UK hospital, where we commuted every day. It made everything really convenient. The house itself was cute, cozy, and just the right size for the two of us. It was very clean and had plenty of essentials for cooking and cleaning, which we really appreciated. During our stay, there was a major snow and ice storm that kept us from getting out of the driveway for several days. The host was incredibly responsive throughout our stay and even quickly arranged for someone to clear the driveway, which made a stressful situation so much easier. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet as well. Overall, it was exactly what we needed, and we would definitely stay again.

Amazing place

I had a fantastic stay at this property! The location was perfect. It was convenient to everything I needed while still being in a quiet and safe area. The park across the street was a great bonus. The home itself was new, spotless, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I could ask for to make my stay comfortable. The yard was a huge bonus, especially for my dogs. The deck was lovely and a great spot to sit outside and work. The landlords were incredibly responsive and great to work with, making the entire experience seamless. I highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and pet-friendly place to stay!

Nice quiet and cozy

I was fortunate enough to stay in this place for 6 months. The apt is very cozy. It's not too big but not too small. The furnishings are nice and it reminds you of a little cottage. There are plenty of supplies from cookware to utensils and cleaning items. All things ate in good condition as well. The neighborhood is very quiet with a grocery store and small shopping complex right down the street. There is also a small park with a playground for kids and a great walking trail especially if you have a dog. The owners are very responsive, kind and will ensure you have the best stay. They are easy to reach. The only cons are the bedroom mattresses are not soft. If you prefer a firm mattress you will be fine. The private backyard and deck space is such a nice bonus you don't get a lot of the time. The cushions on the seats are rain saturated and stained that it deters you from sitting on them. That's it just those two things. You will enjoy your stay here and appreciate the neighborhood for It's safety and quietness. You will love just how comfortable the apt is. I stayed in that recliner,lol.
