Home away from home

When I tell you this has been my favorite rental property to this day out of all my travel contracts, it truly has. I love this house! Great location, amazing landlord, large kitchen table for the board gamers, comfy couch and mattresses. Small fenced in backyard where I spent many days hanging out with my dogs. Just feels like home away from home. IU Methodist is a 10 minute drive. Mass Ave and Bottleworks District which is full of great restaurants, bars and shopping is only a few minutes away. There's a disc golf park within walking distance. The Kroger grocery store was super close. I truly wish I could take this home to every city. Highly recommend this place!

Charming and Quiet

I can't say enough good things about the house. The beds were comfortable, the sofa was so cozy that I wish I could have taken it with me. It is clean and cute! Everything I needed was right there. There is a Kroger a mile away. Also, Kan Kan Theater is down the road and it's the best! I spent my on call weekends at the movies. Wayne the Landlord was great. He was friendly and helpful. I had the best experience and would 100% rent that house again if it available. Thank you Wayne! Great House, Great Host!
