Must rent!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Kara’s place. As a woman, finding a place that truly feels safe is always my top priority — and it’s not always easy to find. Kara’s home gave me exactly that sense of security and peace of mind. The neighborhood is great and feels very safe, with 24/7 security patrol, which made exercising outside and coming home late completely stress-free. Parking was also an easy breeze, which made everything so convenient. Kara was incredibly kind, responsive, and accommodating throughout my stay. The space itself was comfortable, quiet, and welcoming, allowing me to truly relax and focus. I’m so grateful for her thoughtful hospitality. I would highly recommend Kara’s place to anyone looking for a safe haven in Seattle and will definitely be recommending it to friends!

Incredible!

I truly have nothing but good things to say about Kara and her place! She is a absolute gem, very accommodating, but gives you your privacy. The place is wonderful, super safe, walkable neighborhood (best in Seattle IMO), driving distance to stores and things to do. Everything about the apartment is thoughtfully planned out and done well. If given the option I would come back to stay here time and time again.

The most perfect stay

The most perfect home for me. Super safe, walkable neighborhood, super close to childrens. K is the most sweetest landlord and I would recommend to any nurse who needs a safe place to stay. Will miss her dearly, she made my experience the best. I would love to come back someday.
