Modern House in St Johns

Excellent landing spot

Our family stayed here when we first landed in Portland after a cross country move. First of all, we were very happy with how well stocked the home was with all the essentials, we were able to live comfortably for 4 months without having to buy basics like cooking utensils, bedding, towels, etc. The home had been well cared for and has great closet space and a nice upstairs bonus area. It was an excellent place to start our new life here. We really like St Johns neighborhood, being close to all that Portland has to offer, and Vancouver, while also feeling mellow and like a small town. The block this house is on is quiet, even with the middle school nearby, and right down the block from an nice coffee cart/shop, Daydreamer. Working with Jeremy was also great. We had some unexpected things come up and he was kind, understanding and a great communicator. We would definitely recommend this home!

Wonderful short term rental

I stayed at this property for the first two months of staying in Portland after moving for work. J is extremely kind, communicating, and accommodating. It was helpful having someone in the house familiar with the area to give recommendations, too. The house is well kept, clean, and having the extra space to hang out was really nice. The bedroom is a good size, and the private bathroom and attached walk-in closet was a major bonus! Outside of the house there is a lovely coffee place and several restaurants in short walking distance. Would recommend this place to anyone needing to live in the area short term for work!
