Cozy Room in Beautiful and Full of Positive Energy Apartment in the Heart of Los Angeles

Wonderful place!

Maryam welcomed me with such warmth and kindness. I loved staying with her. Her home is very comfortable, and the room offers plenty of privacy, with its own bathroom and closet. I felt just like home. Its a 30-minute walk to UCLAs Stein Eye Institute and Ronald Reagan hospital, and the neighborhood felt very safe. Scooters and bikes were also readily available whenever I needed them. I will always be grateful for her care and friendship.

Best furnished finder stay!

Maryam is a super sweet host! She has just about everything you need and is very accommodating. Me and my cat adored her space and enjoyed our time sharing the condo with her. There is covered parking, close to many major hospitals, and lots of places to walk for food and groceries!

Can't recommend enough!

I stayed with Maryam for about 3 months and I could not recommend staying here enough. The flat is really lovely and in a great location. Maryam is a very generous and relaxed host that made me feel very welcome and at home! Always very clean, great shower/bathroom and lovely company.

Excele host!!

My stay at this home was wonderful. M is the perfect roommate. There were times when we would visit and times we just wanted to relax. She made sure that I was always comfortable and had everything I needed. Many stores are convenient to the home. Trader Joe's, sprouts, Bristol farms and Ralph's are within a mile of the home. The hot tub and pool are always clean as well as the sauna. This stay was an overall great experience and I'm so glad I made a friend.
