I rented from 12/31/26 to 6/5/2026. I had a wonderful experience staying with Marinda and Donny. They were incredibly accommodating, kind, and easy to communicate with throughout my stay. The home was comfortable, welcoming, and well-maintained, making it a great place to live. Marinda and Donny were respectful, responsive, and genuinely cared about creating a positive living environment. I appreciated their flexibility and willingness to help whenever questions or concerns arose. As of 6/5/2026 The house is currently in the process of being sold and I don’t under any circumstance recommend living under the new ownership.

Beautiful home.

I stayed here while working at SJRMC for 2 months. This home is even prettier in person than the photos. I stayed in the blue room with a shared bath. My two other roommates in the house were extremely considerate and friendly. We had lots of fun conversations. They were very respectful of space and boundaries. The house has a large laundry room and a gourmet kitchen with all the kitchen tools you could ever use. The backyard has an outdoor kitchen and a great view, perfect for a sunset drink after work. I cannot praise Marinda the ‘house mom’ enough. She was on top of everything and very helpful. This home is the best thing in Farmington New Mexico. Truly 5 stars. Thanks for the stay. I would go back in a heartbeat..

Very Comfortable

Great place to stay! Very nice, clean, comfortable and accomodating. The pool was wonderful during the summer. Mirinda and Donnie were hospitable and quick to attend to any needs I had. It was a home away from home. I wouldn't hesitate to return.

Hidden Gem

I'm so happy I found this place! The property manager was always quick to respond to requests or needs and was always working to make the space comfortable, safe and welcoming. This home had everything I needed; a short 8 minute commute to the hospital, plenty of livable space to enjoy when I needed quiet time, a pool during the hot days to relax in, safe parking out front and plenty of kitchen/fridge/pantry space for all my cooking needs. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are open to sharing a space with others! Very safe area and the sunsets off the back patio were a beautiful bonus!

Best Place To Stay

My housing experience in Farmington was honestly the worst until I moved into this place. I was in the red room and it was both spacious and comfortable. M was very helpful and made the home very welcoming. I finally felt comfortable enough to cook in the kitchen, I had more than enough space for my things, and I felt safe in the home. I had to share a bathroom but, I had my own side of the bathroom which was nice. If my job ever does bring my back to Farmington, I would stay here again!

worth the stay, very clean

I stayed in the red room. Very spacious. I brought my peloton bike and it fit nicely. Photos are true. The house is spotless and the kitchen is huge. Bedroom offers tons of storage space in the closet & bathroom. I wish i was here in the warmer months to enjoy their outdoor grill and lounge area. I sleep like a baby at night. Good storage in pantry too. All the kitchen gadgets galore. Provided lots of towels & cleaning supplies. Great communication with landlord; shes very friendly & always available. Very much worth the stay.
