Best Townhouse in the Neighborhood
We felt so fortunate to find this terrific rental with great hosts, Ed and Lisa! Their townhouse has the best location in the neighborhood, with an amazing view and lovely landscaping. The house is very comfortable, beautifully furnished, and the kitchen is a chef's dream-fully equipped and perfect for cooking. Wi-Fi, cable, heat, AC, and all appliances worked flawlessly. It's ideally located near shops and restaurants yet quiet and peaceful. We stayed twice: spring and Nov-Dec 2025. The neighborhood association handles mowing and snow removal excellently. Ed and Lisa were friendly, helpful, and wonderful to communicate with. Highly recommend! We would stay again in a heartbeat!

amazing views!
This townhome had everything we were looking for. Not only was it spacious and beautifully decorated, it had every accommodation anyone would need. The view of the mountains were spectacular especially when the hot air balloons were launched each day while sipping our morning coffee. This townhome is centrally located to many small towns that have great restaurants and breweries, also centrally located to amazing areas. If you like to hike and explore nature this townhome is not far from many trails for the beginner or the advanced. This will easily be our go to Casa when ever we are in the area. The owners were very easy to deal with and we appreciate the beautiful home they created for their guests.

Relaxation with a Mountain View
This property was a great place for me and my family to stay over the 4th of July weekend. The views of the mountains were beautiful, each morning we sat and drank our coffee while watching the balloons in the sky. The accommodations were clean and modern - plenty of space for us to stretch out and enjoy our time without feeling like we were on top of each other. I can't wait to get back to Colorado!

The Perfect spot!
Gorgeous condo in a great location with an awesome view! Even watched the balloons take off in the morning and sunsets at night from the deck!! Really well decorated and clean and all of the kitchen supplies you could need!

New Home with great views
New Home in the burbs overlooking green space, trails and the Rockies. The town of Erie is up and coming area and great downtown not far from the home and not too far from Boulder. Trails everywhere in the area. Owners gave great directions on everything we needed. Clean new home with everything you need.
