ADU unit was a blast

I loved the stay at the ADU unit from the start to the end. Moving in was very easy, the unit was furnished with brand new furniture and the kitchen was equipped with all necessary appliances. I will definitely come back to this unit if I am to return to Sunnyvale next year.

The Space The unit is exceptionally modern, clean, and organized. It features a sleek design aesthetic and is equipped with high-end appliances that make the stay feel premium and convenient. The Location You couldn't ask for a more central location in Sunnyvale. Everything you need is within a very short distance: Groceries: Whole Foods, Sprouts, and Target are right nearby. Entertainment: Easy access to the movie theater. Dining & Logistics: Surrounded by several great restaurants and convenient gas stations. The Hosts: What truly sets this rental apart is the hospitality. Lily and Reynold are lovely, genuine people who go above and beyond for their guests. They were incredibly attentive and responsive, answering every question swiftly and ensuring all my needs were met.

I had an excellent experience staying here. R & L are very hospitable, and the amenities were very thoughtful. The other tenants were quiet and respectful and the whole place was very clean and homely. I absolutely would stay here again!

Incredible Value in Perfect Location!

I've been renting the Lanai room here for almost a year since January 2025, and I can say this has been the best rental experience Ive ever had. The place has so many thoughtful amenities and is kept extremely clean and peaceful. A professional cleaner comes once a week, so all the common areas are always spotless. There are two bathrooms/showers available, which is really nice. The balcony is amazing at sunrise and sunset, and the home gets tons of natural light throughout the day. At night, the automatic curtains close with the press of a button, which is such a nice touch. Parking has also never been an issue. L & R are incredibly accommodating and responsive. They really go above and beyond to make tenants feel welcome and to ensure everyone is comfortable. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to rent a room in Silicon Valley. Its peaceful, modern, well-run, and perfect for working professionals.

Excellent room for working professionals and interns

I had a fantastic 4-month stay in this room during my internship. The location was perfect-close to work, shops, grocery stores, etc. The room was also spotless, quiet, and well-maintained. Weekly cleaning kept everything fresh, and the stocked snacks were a thoughtful bonus. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay!

Best place to live

This place is like a hotel. There are refrigerators, TVs, and smart applications in each room. Smart lock to enter the main gate and your room door. Safe and convenient. All the daily usage is provided, like dinner wear, towels..... You can cook here and there are housekeepers here every week. Workstations and printers are free to use, and the owner loves to send some snakes. The welcome kit, a big plus, includes a toothbrush and earbuds. It is so sweet. You don't need to bring anything to enjoy living in here. The owners, L and R are very nice and helpful. They respond to any request quickly and effectively. If you are looking for a brief stay or a longer residence in Sunnyvale, this is your best choice.

Great Living Experience

I've had the pleasure of renting a room since November 2023, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. L & R have been very professional, responsive, and accommodating. The location is very safe and convenient for shopping, etc. My room has everything I need: a bed, desk, closet, refrigeratorwhat more could you need, right? :) Common areas are available for use, and they have someone who comes and cleans regularly (I know we are spoiled). There are also two standing desks with monitors and other office equipment available for use, which is great for working professionals. Most importantly, they truly care about their tenants and regularly check in to ensure everything is going well and are always available to assist with any concerns. Highly recommend for anyone looking for place to rent.

Awesome Room

I had a wonderful stay in this room. It was impeccably clean and comfortable, with all the necessary furniture. I particularly enjoyed the convenience of the electric air conditioning and curtains. The location is fantastic, being very close to Trader Joe's and the library. The host was extremely accommodating and provided hotel-style service. The common areas, such as the living room and kitchen, were great for relaxing. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a pleasant and convenient stay.
