I stayed in this unit for over a year and it was amazing. It has its own entrance, parking, washer/dryer. It’s such a quiet neighborhood and everyone was so kind. My landlord was very professional and quick to address any concerns.

I stayed at the casita for a 13 week assignment. It was perfect for my cats and I. I loved having an in-unit washer/dryer and dishwasher. Everything was up to date and clean. The driveway and yard were fenced in and felt very safe. A remote was provided for the gate, which allowed me to pull into the driveway without getting out of my car. It was located in good proximity to UNM, less than a 10 min drive. Ben was very prompt to respond to any of my texts, and got someone out quickly when a small issue arose. I also had a package delivered late after I moved out and Ben shipped to my new address. This was my favorite place to stay in my 4 years of travel nursing. If I ever find myself back in ABQ I would definitely stay again.

Great place and owners are wonderful
I lived in this property from Jan '24 - Aug '24. It really felt like home. Ben was super attentive and the were not any issues while I lived there. Also, I got my deposit back as soon as I departed and the home was inspected. 5 Stars!!! I highly recommend this property.

Amazing! Would love to stay again!
My fianc and I stayed at this property over the summer and loved the place. Parking is private, and I never worried about anything happening to my car. The property is very clean and spacious, the kitchen was well equipped, laundry was awesome, and the AC was adjustable per room and worked great. The beds are all really comfy and clean. My favorite thing about my stay was my interactions was with the owners, if we had any issue whatsoever they were quick to help take care of it. They were so pleasant and kind. I would undoubtedly stay here again should I visit Albuquerque again!

B was such a great host and did a wonderful job at communicating the whole time I was staying here. The house was very clean and had new appliances. Loved that the yard and driveway were gated. The neighborhood felt safe. Overall, it was pleasant and comfortable experience.
