I rented a room at this property, but my experience was very disappointing. Before I moved in, I asked to see the room, but the owner declined, saying she was too busy. After I arrived, I was shocked by how dirty the apartment was and by the strong unpleasant odor throughout the property. The air conditioner was not working. When I informed the owner, she told me to use the ceiling fan until the AC could be repaired. However, the ceiling fan was covered with a thick layer of dust, making it unpleasant to use. I was also concerned about the safety of the area. The owner advised me to remove all of my luggage from my car because, according to her, vehicle break-ins were common and leaving belongings inside could attract thieves. If you are considering renting this property, I strongly recommend asking to see the room and the common areas in person before signing any paperwork or making any payments.
