Highly recommend

My partner and I had a fantastic stay at the backyard cottage! It feels very private with a separate mailbox and entry/exit. The house is very well stocked and sparkling clean. Ample street parking. The fireplace made the space very cozy. Lisa and Degale were very helpful and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful ADU

We spent the month of September in Seattle enjoying time near our grandchildren and their parents. Lisa's ADU was a perfect home away from home in all respects -- quiet neighborhood, lovely and spacious cottage, great backyard and deck w/grill, and, best of all, friendly and attentive hosts. All expectations were exceeded. We're hoping Lisa's place is available the next time we're able to visit for a month or longer. Jeannie and Lou

Perfect in every way!

We stayed here for three months prior to our permanent move to Seattle, and this private backyard cottage was ideal for our needs. Our hosts offered a very warm welcome, comfortable beds and furniture, on-site washer/dryer, and a well-appointed kitchen with modern appliances to top the list. It's just a short drive to Seward Park - a Seattle gem, and walkable to public transportation - bus or train. There is a playfield and park one block away in this quiet friendly neighborhood. Highly recommend this place for anyone who values comfort, style, and friendly hosts.

Loved my stay!

Really enjoyed my stay here last summer. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. The place was private, clean and furnished impeccably. The location was close to Seward Park and Columbia City so a short drive or nice walk to various activities. I would definitely stay here again!

Super nice place

Stayed for six months and really enjoyed it. Super clean, super nice and new, nice morning light, quiet neighborhood, well furnished kitchen, comfy beds, great landlords. Parked our Toyota Sienna in alley parking spot. Super near #7 Metro bus line that takes you downtown. Othello train station 0.8mi walk south, so easy to get to airport.

Awesome Stay!

We have stayed in this property on two separate occasions for a total of 7 months. The home is new, and is exceptionally clean. It is well-appointed with all of the amenities needed for an extended stay. The appliances are top of the line, including a full sized washer/dryer. My favorite features are the fireplace, the deck right outside the sliding door, and the vast windows with natural light. The master bath is spacious and beds/bedding very comfortable. There is also private parking right outside the door that was big enough to accommodate our full sized Toyota van. The landlords are kind, very responsive, and eager to share information and assist any way possible. The neighborhood is quiet, and there is a nice walking track one block away. We highly recommend this property.

Excellent New House!

We had a great stay here for the first half of 2024! It was brand new when we moved in, and it had all the amenities we ever needed. All the appliances were new and top of the line, the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, and all the furniture was spotless. The AC and heating worked great, and the parking spot in the alley worked great for a sedan or small sport utility. The hosts were very kind, welcoming, and always helped us with anything that came up. Can't recommend enough!
