Clean and Quiet

Having stayed here for 5 months, the place was clean upon move in, quiet neighborhood, and well maintained. Shayna was very responsive with any questions. If you're working in the Kinston to Greenville area, I would recommend this unit.

Beautiful and clean

I had a wonderful experience here from start to finish. The gentleman who showed me the place was very sweet and the homeowner contact was super helpful and always communicated well. This place has everything you need, including in unit washer and dryer. Very cool to have a backyard and the place was nicely furnished. Perfect place to stay

Hands down, best place I've stayed in yours.

This is a great place. The landlord is very attentive. The place is very clean and comfortable after a long shift. Further, it is only about a 15 to 20 minute drive to ECU health. Additionally, the area is very quiet and great for night shifters. The landlord thought of everything; just bring your clothes and enjoy your stay.

Was a very welcoming and cozy place recommended to anyone traveling Shayna was very helpful and friendly always giving updates on new restaurants in the town things going on around greenville. Also done anything she could to help.

Such a Gem!

Ss place is absolutely wonderful. I was doing a travel contract at ECU and I couldn't have been happier with everything. S made sure to have every little thing I could possibly need. The home was very spacious and the amenities were great. The neighborhood is nice and quiet as well. Also S was very responsive and attentive to me as a guest. If I take another contract in Greenville, this is the place I will stay!

Home away from home

I stayed here while on a travel nurse contract at ECU. It was a great place to stay! The home was clean and nicely furnished. Only 15 minutes to the hospital, close to shopping, supermarkets, and in a cute, safe town. The wifi was high speed so I was able to do my school work without any issues. The landlord S was very responsive to messages, caring and really wants to provide a nice home for nurses to stay in. Since it was still summer weather in Greenville, I was able to use the outdoor patio seating in the backyard, which was such a nice feature to enjoy on my day off. I highly recommend staying here. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to work at ECU!

As cute as they come!

This one is as cute as they come! The beds were absolutely comfortable. Ceiling fans throughout, so nothing was stuffy. The hostess thought of everything that one could basically need whether at home or away! I have spent much of this year, traveling on the road, and in close to two dozen short term/weekend rentals. I have to say this one was the most equipped with necessity and non-necessity items. I love the fact that there was a crockpot! It was the sweet little things like facemasks, bath sponges & hand softening gloves to enjoy while soaking in the sunken tub that I appreciated after a long day at work lets not forget the fact she made sure there was laundry detergent available to get the wash started just in case you needed it. If I get the opportunity, this is one that I will come back to. Oh, I forgot to mention the cute backyard where you can watch the squirrels play while sitting underneath the gazebo Clean and cozy!
