Great apartment, excellent landlord!

Great apartment in a quiet, peaceful area. The space is spacious, well-maintained, and very comfortable to live in. The landlord is fantastic, responsive, professional, and understanding. My partner and I have had a wonderful experience living here and just wish we had found this place sooner! I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a rental in the area.

Lovely apartment

My husband and I have spent the last 20 winters in Santa Rosa, staying in several lovely places. But finding this apartment to stay in the past couple of months has been at the top of the list. It is situated on a safe and quiet court. The host and hostess who live on site are the best, very friendly and accommodating but offering our privacy. The apartment has everything we needed to be comfortable and from the time we opened the door, it felt cozy and inviting, clean and fresh. Our stay here has gone by far too quickly and we are already looking forward to returning next winter. It has become a home away from home and we highly recommend staying here.

A true gem close to park, school, shopping and everything. Bright fully equipped kitchen with island and vault ceilings. Gorgeous view and very new. Best landlord you can imagine

Beautiful apartment and neighborhood

Great place! Quiet with privacy. Parking spot right at the bottom of the stairs to the apartment. Its above the garage that they use for storage. Nice and spacious 1 bedroom apartment with all the amenities. A comfortable king sized bed in the bedroom. Fully stock kitchen with an air fryer. Good response time from the owners. Walkable neighborhood. Close to the mountains. I would highly recommend.
