Terrible. . If you are a travel nurse DO NOT get this rental. It's trash here. You get scant/minimal kitchen supplies like one 1 tiny kitchen knife, no measuring cups, no spatulas or any useful kitchenware for example. They provide absolutely no cleaning supplies, no rags. There is NO HOT WATER for the shower. I took cold showers every day I was there (when the shower worked). Then they claim I had something to do with it! Why the f would I take cold showers on purpose? The whole point of furnished finders is to have a place that's fully equipped so I don't have to bring any of my stuff from my actual home. The landlords are sketchy. They require all these background checks, fees and deposits, renters insurance etc but the place is absolutely doesn't hold up. Its trash. It's not suited for long term rental. Dogs bark and try to bite you, Document everything, they are sketch. I am beyond words y'all.

This traveler was unfortunately very dishonest. The unit is fully equipped. Ive hosted many midterm renters who stay for 23 months at a time and have never encountered someone as manipulative as Oscar. He became upset when his attempts to take advantage of me and my husband were unsuccessful. Thankfully, I document everything. My husband, who is a future attorney and also an ordained minister, and I both sensed something was off about Oscar. As someone who walks with God and is sensitive to spiritual energy, I could immediately pick up on the negative presence he brought into our home. I made sure to document every interaction thoroughly. Heres the backstory: after a winter storm in Oklahoma froze the shower pipes, I had the shower line thawed within 24 hours. I also gave Oscar two free days due to the weather disruption. I personally inspected the shower faucet both before his stay and immediately after the repair to ensure it was functioning properly. After receiving the two complimentary days, Oscar thanked me but then requested a refund of the cleaning fee if he left the unit spotless. I explained that the cleaning fee is non-refundable and is clearly stated in the listing and lease agreement. Following that conversation, he tampered with the shower valve so that it wouldnt turn fully to the hot setting, an issue that hadnt existed during or after my inspection. I immediately informed him that I was aware of the tampering and that I documented everything. While I was out of town for my daughters dance competition, my husband checked the unit and also noticed suspicious behavior from Oscar. It became clear he was trying to manipulate the situation for additional compensation. In all my time hosting, Oscar has been the most difficult guest, and Ive otherwise been blessed with wonderful renters. This negative review does not reflect the quality of my unit or the integrity of my family. Additionally, Oscar repeatedly questioned the return of his security deposit, even after I confronted him about tampering with the faucet. I clearly stated that if he left the unit in the same condition as he found it, I would return the full deposit. And I did because I honor my word, and I walk by faith. I also want to add that I regularly pray over and anoint my home. When someone carries a bad spirit, they will naturally feel uneasy in a space of peace. Oscar ended up breaking his lease and leaving within a week because Gods children can always recognize whats not of Him.

This tiny house was the perfect place for me during my stay in OKC. The host was super friendly and easy to work with. Plenty of space to relax and or work on assignments. Kitchen had everything I needed. Overall good experience and felt comfortable and safe.
