Cozy Cottage

I stayed in this cute little place for 3+ months. The cottage has everything you need to feel at home. It is very close to Sutter (walkable) but within a short drive to other hospitals. It is a perfect safe place to stay, that is dog friendly with a fenced in private backyard! K and G are wonderful hosts, very responsive and always helpful. Shopping close by, and an easy drive to the coast, or out to the wineries. This was by far my favorite stay since traveling. We would absolutely stay again if we come back!

The unit was absolutely perfect, my dog Zeus and I couldn't have loved it more. The neighborhood is super walkable and I always felt safe exploring, even in the evenings. Theres a great park nearby that Zeus and I visited almost every day for walks and playtime. The location is ideal, especially if you're working at Sutter Santa Rosa it's easily walkable or bikeable to work. K and G were such kind and thoughtful hosts. They were always happy to lend a hand with my dog, which made a big difference. Id 100% recommend this rental to anyone especially fellow dog owners or medical professionals working nearby!

I spent 6 months staying at this property while working at Sutter and a healthcare traveler. The property is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. There is a great grocery right around the corner as well as a gym and a few restaurants. The property has a private entrence and back yard. It is a very spacious one bedroom apartment. There are multiple fruit trees in the host back yard that produced a lot of fruit while I was there. I cannot say enough about the host. They are exceptionally nice and were always willing to address any issues I might have, giving insight and tips for the area. If you need a short term rental in the Santa Rosa area, I highly recommend staying here!

Great Location!

I stayed at this unit for 3 mos as a night shift travel nurse and it was great! The unit is attached to the house, as stated, but separated by the 2 car garage so it feels as if it's your own private unit. You have your own entrance & fenced in back patio with a grill. Very bright & open with plenty of space. All of the essentials clean and readily available. K & G were very communicative & responsive. The neighborhood is lovely & I felt extremely safe. There is a small shopping center within walking distance that has a great local coffee shop & grocery store among other things (pizza, nail salon, Anytime Fitness, massage, etc). It is also very centrally located, not far from major expressways, making it easy to do all of the Sonoma County touristy things. Working night shift at Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital was an easy 15 min drive. Sutter and Kaiser even closer! Off days were spent exploring neighboring towns, driving through rolling hills or up the coast. Def would stay again.
