Clean, safe, and convenient

K's place was very conveniently located to get to St. Pete's, to grocery stores, banks, etc. Being a single female, it felt safe to stay at his place. I did not worry about where I could park my car because other than providing for space on his driveway, the neighborhood was quiet and secure. There is also a private lake access that only residents can get to, which was a welcome scenery when my stress levels got high. I know these are usually what you would expect from these listings, but it's quite a big deal, especially if you are alone, to actually not have to keep worrying about every little thing, like how protected your valuables are going to be. K kept a clean space and was very generous with the use of every amenity. He also respected my schedule and made sure to check if I had no problem with how things were turning out with my move and my work.
