Great hosts - would stay again

I stayed at this property for 3 months and some. The owners are super nice, the communication was great and they helped me with everything that I asked for. The place was clean and aesthetically pretty. The area is pretty open and seemed safe to me as well.

Clean, no problems at all. The place is close to the medical center, which made everything super convenient. The hosts were attentive the whole time and quick to respond whenever I needed anything. Great place to stay highly recommend!

Fantastic Visiting Student Housing

I rented this property when I did a sub-internship at UT health within the medical center and this location was fantastic for my time there. Located about 5-10 minutes from anywhere you need to be in the medical center, this property is ideal for students that go into the hospital early and stay late. The property is very safe and comfortable, which is much appreciated when coming from far away. The walking trail is right across the street and makes for an easy access to a healthy lifestyle. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great Space and Great Hosts/Owners

I rented this property as a transition property while I found a permanent place. The owners were very nice and always available for questions, concerns, and repairs. The apartment was also very nice and inviting. It was also very clean and stocked with essentials and extras. I had an assigned covered parking space. The apartment community is gated, but it is convenient to hospitals, a walking trail, a neighborhood to go for a walk for exercise, shops, stores, and restaurants. I stayed a month longer than initially planned to take more time to find a permanent place. I enjoyed staying here, and renting from the owners was a great experience.
