Disappointed

When we booked through Furnished Finders, the listing promised a clean, well-maintained space with working amenities. Unfortunately, the reality was far from that. The room was not clean upon arrival. My husband and I had to clean it ourselves to make it livable. There was mold, excessive dust, dirty walls, and a dirty bathroom, which raised concerns about health and hygiene. The host promised a $50 reimbursement for cleaning, but that was never provided. Our $500 security deposit was not returned after checkout. Amenities listed as available were not actually accessible. The facilities did not function as advertised, including unreliable or non-working internet. Overall experience: disappointing and not as advertised. We expected a hassle-free stay and didn’t receive what was promised or what was paid for.
