Room for Rent in Puyallup
I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this room for rent. The house feels very homey, and both the common areas and room were clean and well-maintained. The shared bathroom was exactly as advertised, which I appreciated. The location was perfect for me, especially being so close to the hospital. The owner was friendly, welcoming, and very easy to communicate with throughout my stay. Everything was straightforward and hassle-free, and my deposit was returned promptly after I moved out. I'm grateful for such a comfortable and positive experience. Thank you for the wonderful stay-I would definitely stay here again in the future!
Puyallup Travel Nurse Living Review
Stayed in this home for just over 3 month to and WOULDNT have done much longer. Pros: Close to the hospital, hangouts with other roommates, clean and modern look. Cons: Bed was a full size but advertised as a queen, small private room with limited closet space, noise travels easily from the highway and kitchen/ living room, lack of welcoming feeling in common spaces, limited fridge and pantry space. Dryer was very slow (2 hours plus per load). This biggest issue was the landlord. At the end, while trying to get out deposit back, we were told we had caused damages. A knob for the stove needed to be replaced (I had offered to replace it months prior), a mirror they hung in our room had fallen and cracked the floor board (we were sleeping), and plumbing gave out in the bathroom (we were out of town). We were told that any damages (routine maintenance included) could be charged to us. Due to this, I would STRONGLY recommend looking for another place before moving in.
