Wonderful Stay

Joan is fantastic to work with- responsive, and very kind. She made me feel welcome, safe, and does a great job with her properties. The apartment is spacious, brightly decorated, and has EVERYTHING you would need for a short to long-term stay. I do genuinely wish I could have stayed longer and would stay here again.

Enjoy Relaxed Living in Fort Thomas

Do you enjoy walking in a large park, or walking to several restaurants in the Midway? Imagine enjoying a cup of coffee, or a glass of wine on a covered porch; surrounded by a mature shade tree with song birds to keep you company. Easy access to the interstate. Everything you need to move in is already here. I enjoyed my time on the second floor of this beautifully restored home in Fort Thomas and so will you.

Mike and I loved staying in this second-floor apartment. Some highlights include the covered balcony, beautiful hardwood floors, easy parking, no through traffic, great area for walking, nearby restaurants, 5- minute walk to Y, convenient to everything you need, good WIFI, and most of all-the best host. Joan is very responsive to all requests.

Amazing apartment and landlord!

I absolutely loved my time living in this apartment with my roommate Carmela! The space was wonderfully maintained and also beautifully decorated, it felt like home away from home. We also had a private balcony which was the perfect spot to enjoy coffee in the morning or a drink after a long day. Joan was an exceptional landlord, incredibly caring, attentive, and always quick to respond if anything came up. She is so friendly and easily the best and kindest landlord you could ever ask for! This was absolutely a great living experience and I would highly recommend this apartment!

The perfect nest even the birds come back

My roommate and I stayed in the upstairs unit of the property. The house was just a short drive from the NKU campus, various hospitals, airport, & many adorable towns in Cincinnati. I cannot emphasize how close it is to everything! Our bathroom/shower had natural sunlight, the kitchen was thoughtfully decorated & equipped with several amenities (all very Joan-coded so you will have to find out for yourself what that means), and extra hallway storage space. We had a private entrance and landing area going into the balcony where you could also see out into the golf course. I appreciated many mornings hearing the faint sounds of church bells and trains in the distance from our balcony and thats just the beginning of how special this place is. Alivia & I are beyond grateful for our time in Fort Thomas and it is due largely in part to Joan (and her husband Jeff!) who are exceptionally thoughtful and neighborly humans. Joan, once again, a million thanks and I cant wait to get back into KY!

Summer Rental

The property was very spacious, and comfortably furnished. It was nice sitting on the porch, or at the large kitchen window watching deer come eat in the yard. I had a 15 min commute in the morning to my job in Cincinnati. The property is close to so many places to go explore Cincinnati, Covington, Newport, and Florence. Joan & Jeff were very friendly and responded quickly to messages. I would stay here again if my travels bring me this way again, and I encourage you to consider this gem.

Both units are just as cozy! It's in a really quiet neighborhood and never had any issues. J is also great, very accommodating and friendly. She was easy to get ahold of when ever I had any questions or concerns.

Amazing space, great location, great owner!

This is a great space in a quiet neighborhood, but close to Newport, KY and Cincinnati, OH. J did a fantastic job renovating the space! The apartment is very spacious, the kitchen and living room are super cute, and the bedrooms are plenty big! I really enjoyed my stay here and would 10/10 stay again without a second thought. Joan is amazing and very responsive - thank you J!
