Slum
Do not trust the photos of this place. We were baited into staying here and couldn't flee soon enough. While the neighborhood is fine, these apartments are run by a total slum lord who put in the cheapest fall apart cardboard furniture you can imagine. It smells terrible, the HVAC stopped working after 2 days, hot water lasts 10 minutes and the walls are full of grime, and holes. The carpet is ripped up in places and there was an entire section of missing ceiling above the shower (probably from shoddy plumbing work) where the biggest spider I've ever seen liked to hang out while we showered.
