Best Place to Stay

It was a pleasure staying here on my first travel nursing assignment. The place is very clean and well kept. Raza is amazing and very nice. I would definitely recommend staying here if you're looking for a nice place to stay!

Best Landlord Yet!

I had a very pleasant stay here and I would highly recommend to any traveler. Raza was such an attentive landlord and the house came equipped with everything you might need. The duplex was well kept, clean, and the appliances were practically new. Raza and her partner were very quick about fixing any maintenance issues and kept the property neat too. This was the perfect size and location for me, and as silly as it sounds, I will miss this place!

Comfortable Stay!!

I had a wonderful stay at this property in Columbia, Missouri. I stayed in the upstairs bedroom and was able to park my car in the garage, which was very convenient and added to my sense of security. The space was clean, quiet, and comfortable, ideal after long workdays. Raza is a stellar host, and I truly couldnt have asked for a better experience. She keeps the home immaculate, to the point that it genuinely feels like home. Communication was clear throughout my stay, and the peaceful environment made it easy to relax and focus. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to other traveling professionals looking for a comfortable, well-maintained place to stay. Enjoy!!

Awesome place!

Clean, bright, airy, spacious, kitchen fully stocked with everything you could need. The list goes on. The office is roomy enough to do yoga, or sew, if you bring your machine as my roommate did. Raza and Andrew are top notch landlords. They respond immediately and get things done. Also, brand new whole house and drinking water reverse osmosis just installed! I will hopefully get the chance to stay again in the future.

Great Place To Stay

I stayed here for a contract I had with one of the local hospitals and I absolutely loved it. The place was clean and quiet. The hosts always attended to my concerns in a timely manner. I really loved how secure the room was. Theres a code to lock up your belongings and the door automatically locks when closed. I work the night shift and I loved that the room was dark enough for me to sleep during the day. If I ever go back to Columbia I will most definitely stay here again.

Safe and quiet area

This house is very nice, well maintained, and the host is very responsive. I stayed here for 3 months and would absolutely stay again in the future. There are some shared spaces but it is laid out well and doesn't feel as though you are really sharing the home with anyone. I loved that each bedroom had an automatic locking door handle for peace of mind. The area is quiet and safe with walking trails and stores nearby.

Comfortable and Clean Accomodations

I stayed here for 2 months and it was lovely. Spotlessly clean, very well-maintained home in a quiet neighborhood, close to everything. Although it's a shared house I had plenty of private space, kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals, plenty of cleaning supplies available. Homeowners were welcoming and hospitable, I didn't have any problems but if I had, I know they would have responded immediately. I'd recommend this place to anyone and I'd stay again if I'm ever in the area.

Wonderful home away from home. Property owners were very accommodating and welcoming. The space was more than enough. I truly felt at home. The property itself was amazingly clean and in a good neighborhood. I highly recommend this property.

Very nice place to stay

A and R are great people that are very responsive to any concerns you may have. They go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and happy. The rental is update and very modern with ample parking. The area is quiet with a short commute to downtown. I highly recommend this rental for any traveling nurse, physicians or professional.

Outstanding accommodations!!

This property is exceptional. It is clean, nicely furnished with all new furniture, quiet, and very private. Everything is supplied so no worry about bringing anything other than your personal belongings. It is close to University Hospital and Columbia University and a short distance to shopping and restaurants in any direction you travel. The landlords are very professional and very receptive to the needs of their tenants, and truly aim to please. They are also very kind landlords. I will miss them. They made this short stay in Missouri very special.
