The open bright living area has plenty of room to watch your favorite movie with complementary roku and netflix. Relax and socialize with family by a cozy electric fire place. There is an extra HDMI cable to connect to your devices.

A secondary living area has TV/DVD to enjoy some movies, bookcase with games and children's books, desk in case you have to catch up on a little work before heading out to great local breweries like New Belguim, Catawba, Highland,or the Funkatorium.

Enjoy a roomy dining table that seats 6 people. There is an extension if needed. The views of the Asheville North Carolina mountains and spring flowers are right outside the window. 3 can be seated at the bar with adjustable modern stools.

The large primary master bedroom has a comfortable Queen bed with cotton sheets perfect for a little rest after hiking the Blue Ridge Parkway. Lamps have USB chargers and there is white noise machine. It adjoins your own master bathroom.

Cook your dinners in the large bright kitchen with sky lights. We have stove, oven, toaster oven, refrigerator with ice/water, crockpot, blender, spices,dishes, pots and pans even dishes for the kids. There is a full washer/dryer with detergent.

Old Arcade retro classic game console with over 600 games! Great to keep the kids occupied while the adults hang out!

Your first stop in the morning is our coffee bar. We provide a Mr. Coffee pot and a Keurig with a nice selection of coffee, pods, tea, hot chocolate. We also provide sugar, sweetener, honey and powdered creamer.

You are welcomed by a spacious front screened porch - Relax on the swing with your morning coffee viewing the beautiful mountains before heading to downtown Asheville or local breweries. Bigger families can gather together for fun and still have slee

Your large Master Bathroom has an oversized shower with lots of counter space for 2 people to get ready for a night out in downtown Asheville. Provided is shampoo/conditioner, body wash, hand soap, makeup wipes, hair dryer, flat iron, and towels.

The 3rd Bedroom has a comfortable Queen bed with egyptian cotton sheets. Lamps have USB chargers. Getting a good nights sleep is essential before hitting Chimney Rock with 75 mile panorama views of Hickory Nut Gorge, Lake Lure & Blue Ridge Foothills.

The 2nd Bedroom has a comfortable Queen bed with egyptian cotton sheets waking up to views of nature. Lamps have USB chargers. The furniture has large mirrors to get ready for a fun day wine sipping at Point Lookout,St Paul, or Stone Ashe wineries.

The 4th Bedroom sleeps 3 has a twin with trundle bed and a twin chair sofa. All bedrooms on the lower level have ceiling fans. This is usually the preferred kids room. There are plenty of games, books and seperate TV with DVDs to entertain them.

As you enter our home you are greeted with the beauty of Asheville decor. Amazing images of the Biltmore House, Omni Grove Park, Chimey Rock, Blue Ridge Parkway and much more. We provide brochures to hlep you plan your day!

In the 2nd full bathroom, there is a shower/tub combo which is useful with the little ones. We provide hair dryer, makeup wipes, towels, shampoo&conditioner, body wash, hand soap and towels.

If you need to do a load of laundry, feel free to use the washer and dryer. We provide a few laundry pods. Here you will also find an iron and ironing board.

Enjoy a private spacious back yard with large umbrellas, fire pit, BBQ grill and adirondack chairs for relaxing. We provide all the propane. The deck is lined with string lights and attached to a fenced area so your pets can exercise.

In the evening, cozy up on your private deck with glowing gas firepit. There is a grill for your steaks. With 9 chairs and a swing, you and your family have room to make memories.

Enjoy relaxing around a fire in the evening on the large back porch. Open the umbrellas and read your favorite book in the shade. The porch leads to an enclosed fenced lot so your pups can play by your side.

Asheville has mild winters because it is protected by the mountains. We don't get many days of snow but when we do it is absolutely beautiful. Plan skiing Cataloochee or Wolf Ridge, snow tubing at Moonshine Mountain and soak in the hot tub afterward.

River Arts District in Asheville has beautiful art galleries with local amazing artists.

Downtown Asheville has so many fun things to do. A glass of wine at the Battery Park Book Exchange, shopping at the Grove Arcade, or take a trolley or LaZoom tour.

Schedule time to take in the views at the Grove Park Inn. Visiting is free except parking. Fri/Sat buffets at the Blue Ridge Dining Room, Piano Bar and amazing spa make this a hot spot for visitors!

Great location
