I'm renting out my renovated basement with a kitchenette, full bath with shower, sink and toilet, full size bed, and large living and dining areas. We are very close to a light-rail station and Colfax, so plenty of ways to use public transportation! Oh and there is a separate entrance into the basement, with a washer and dryer upstairs that you'll share with me!

Loved Lakewood!
I really enjoyed staying here! The private entrance with my own key made me feel very secure, especially for how close the property is to the light rail station. I often took the train into Denver for errands and school, and it was super cheap public transportation. I didn't have to worry about utilities either, everything was included even the internet! I would recommend anyone who wants to work in Denver or in Lakewood to rent here, it was super convenient!
