Central Location but Loud Environment

Cute & decent sized property. Good location! However, was failed to mention the daily construction in front of duplex from 7am-5pm, as well as renovation/construction to connected duplex. Renovations could be heard very clearly despite headphones and was so powerful you could feel floor vibrating throughout entire unit. Normally, this wouldn't be an issue. However, as a nightshifter like myself, this may be a dealbreaker. Secondary bedroom has rock-hard mattress that is very loud/squeaky. Master bedroom was much more comfortable! Also, no extra toilet paper apart from the half used roll on holder & a half used roll in medicine cabinet. (Also be aware there are no decent sized bowls for meals such as soup or cereal). It is centrally located in Hollywood, so there are plenty of restaurants within walking/driving distance, as well as plenty of activities in the area. One of the more low-traffic roads in the area was a plus. Loud neighbors at night able to be heard from living room.
