Great place!
My husband & I stayed here for 3 months while building a home. Tania was a great host - very responsive and courteous. The condo was accurately represented in the photos, and was super clean when we moved in. All the basics were covered (pots, pans, vacuum cleaner, etc.) The neighborhood was quiet & peaceful and felt safe when walking our dogs. I was a bit concerned about the unit backing up to Columbia Pike, but the traffic noise never bothered us. I highly recommend staying here if you need a mid-term rental in Arlington.

Incredible townhome!
Tanias home was one of the nicest stays Ive ever had. The townhome community is so quiet, peaceful and convenient. Having 2.5 bathrooms is luxury. The townhome was everything we needed and more. I would recommend to anyone else needing a furnished place in the DC area.
