Comfort and peace

We really enjoyed our 6 month stay while working on my nursing contracts. This place was very peaceful and comforting. Safe neighborhood. This house has updated appliances and all the things you need. My wife worked from the house and said it was very peaceful. She got alot of work done. Anytime we texted Nathan he was very attentive and answered every question. The neighbors were nice too. His family across the street was helpful during the snow storm. We are from Florida and never lit a fireplace, only a firepit. The guys were super helpful with showing us. Nathan even ordered the wood for us in case we lost power. Check out the Coliseum they always have bands playing and other entertainment. There are so many trails around Greensboro to walk too. We enjoyed as many as we could. We hope the next person enjoys this house as much as we did. Thank you Nathan for being a great host. We stayed from 9/20/2025 thru 04/18/2026.

Nice cozy house in a quiet neighborhood

I have been staying in this house since 06/24, and am sad to be leaving at the end of this month. The house itself, as you can see by the photos is very cozy and comfortable with quality furniture, full kitchen, and very comfortable beds. Every appliance has worked perfectly with zero complications throughout my stay. The A/C and heat have worked perfectly throughout my 10 month stay as well. The house is situated on a quiet street just 10 minutes from Cone Memorial hospital. Plenty of good spots to eat within a 5 minute drive, and I've never had any significant traffic going past the house. Nathan is a kind and responsive landlord who was 100% respectful of my privacy. It's been 10 months of very quiet and comfortable living in this house. Would 100%stay here again if my travels bring me back to Greensboro
