Brand new 1 bedroom apartment 2 blocks away from Tacoma waterfront

The perfect place in the ideal location

I can't say enough wonderful things about this find. I had the opportunity to call this place home for a while, as I was a first time travel nurse. Living here I was close to many different hospitals as I accepted new assignments. I was close to many restaurants, and grocery stores- the convenience was unmatched. It is also a very short walk to the water, which I often went to and I always felt very safe in this area. Proctor district is also nearby, and has so many fun options for shopping, food, and of course, their farmers market. Gustavo and his family always made sure I was taken care of and were always very responsive. My needs were met beyond expectation and I couldn't be more thankful for my time here! I will miss this beautiful apartment. I highly recommend!

This apartment is unbeatable. The landlords, Gustavo and Lupe are absolutely incredible hosts and made this place feel like a home. They were always available and always ensured that I was having the best stay possible. The apartment is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, from toilet paper, to kitchen supplies, to towels, everything is there. The location is also unbeatable! It is walking distance to the waterfront, cafes and has gorgeous views all around. It is a safe and quiet neighborhood that helped make my stay extra special. It is close to any store you could possibly need and is a five-minute commute to downtown Tacoma. As a young law student interning in Tacoma for the summer, this was the perfect place to be. I felt welcomed, and taken care of but never bothered or unsafe! I cannot recommend this place enough!!

Perfect Waterfront Home

I can't say enough good things about this place! This apartment is stunning and was the perfect space for me to relax in after long days at my clinical rotation. It's located blocks away from the waterfront, which is convenient for walks and runs along the water, and a short drive from the grocery stores and shops in Proctor District. The neighborhood was quiet and I always felt safe running/walking in the area. Private parking in the alley was a nice perk. Since this is a basement apartment, footsteps from upstairs could be heard. But, noise was never an issue during my stay here. Gustavo and his family were very sweet and quick to respond if there was anything that was needed in the apartment (i.e. plumbing, repairs, kitchen appliances, etc.). They thought of everything that you could possibly need in a home away from home. I wish I could've stayed here longer to enjoy the space and location. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back if I need a place in Tacoma!
