The coziest and peaceful stay I have ever had.

My pets and I stayed here almost 8 months and it was a wonderful stay! David is beyond kind, communicative, and thoughtful. He always made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed at our stay. The upstairs unit was clean and modern, with a beautiful view of the mountains from the living room. It's perfect for any travel professional looking for a stay during a contract. The area had MANY amenities nearby at a walking distance. The surrounding neighbors were super sweet and respectful, I always felt safe here. I honestly loved it, my favorite aspect of my time in Colorado was this little home. Thank you, David!

Great find!

I stayed here two months while taking care of my grandson. I felt totally safe as a female travelilng alone. The property is shared but quiet. The house is so conveniently located to everything , especially to 25. David is an amazing host, super responsive!! Great stay!!!

We couldn't have asked for a better location or landlord. Very convenient and easy to get anywhere. David is awesome. He was always super helpful and very quick to respond to any of our needs. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Upstair Duplex- Absolutely Amazing

These properties are well maintained and beautifully furnished. I have been renting the upstairs of the duplex for the past 9 months. David is a fabulous landlord. He answers questions/concerns/requests in a timely manner. He fosters open communication and wants to make sure all of his tenants are taken care of. The maintenance team is on top of winterizing window units, clearing snow, and making repairs asap! I have felt very safe in this neighborhood and enjoyed walking to nearby grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. There is plenty of parking on the property and as tenants move in/out, David makes sure everyone's car fits!!! I have zero complaints and would definitely rent here again!

David Miller loves what he dies

I spent three months exploring CO. David provided a cute convenient apartment to explore and relax. EVERYTHING was provided, all of it was of quality. My TV was acting strange and within 48 hr., David has a new, larger TV and set it all up for me. You could not get a better Landlord!!!!

Wonderful Colorado Springs property!!

This property is wonderful! Very convenient to downtown Colorado springs, grocery stores and fun restaurants/gyms! The buildings are maintained well by D (landlord) and if there are any issues he is easily contacted to help. He has all of the furnished buildings well decorated, so you feel right at home- and he clearly wants everyone to be comfortable because the beds and furniture are very cozy! D has been more than accommodating with my less than ideal travel contracts dates, and has figured out a way for me to continue to stay at his lovely property so I don't have to move all my stuff around. He is quick with responses and has always resolved any issue that might come up while staying here. He is always trying to improve the property as well, which says a lot about how much he cares to make it a comfortable experience for those staying. I cant recommend this property enough! Clean, comfortable, and great landlord!

I would absolutely recommend this place! I am a traveling ultrasound tech and this was perfect for me, my 2 cats, and a family member who visits! It is very spacious and clean. The landlord, D, is the best! He is very friendly, and attending! He is easy to talk to and to ask any questions. He FaceTimed me to prove he wasnt a scam along with his realtor card/info. He allows pets also which is always a struggle to find. There are restaurants across the street and a Safeway. The Garden of the Gods and Manitou Springs are only 15 minutes away. I would 100% recommend this place.

Awesome 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit near creekwalk

While this building is shared, there are *no* shared spaces except the laundry room. This includes your own entrance with a nice parking spot next to the unit. Having walking access to groceries is nice, but the unit is tucked away so you get some respite from the noise of the city. The unit isnt huge, but perfect for one person or a couple. Plenty of kitchen storage space, which is a huge plus. D is a terrific communicator, and is very cooperative with pet owners who understand that pets can leave a mark on a property and are willing to do what is necessary to ensure that effect is minimized. I can tell D truly cares about his tenants' stays! Well furnished, so would be perfect for anyone needing a short term rental.

A wonderful stay in Colorado Springs!

I stayed here for a couple of weeks during my travels through Colorado and I can't say enough wonderful things about it! D, the host, is beyond kind, attentive, and communicative, he answered all my questions about the apartment and location to make sure it was the right fit for me and my needs. The apartment itself is really cute and clean. As a solo traveling female, safety is my first priority and I felt very safe at the apartment and walking to the shops in the neighborhood. The location is perfect. The grocery store, coffee, pizza, and pilates studio are across the street, and a target and downtown Colorado Springs is a less than 10 minute drive away. Would happily stay again for longer next time. Thank you!
