Hidden Jewel

This one-bedroom condo is a real hidden jewel! The location is great for getting around town, into Downtown, and to the mountains. It is clean, crisp, and nicely appointed. The laundry facility nearby on the premises was clean and had new washers/dryers. Best of all were the interactions with the owner and property manager. They we quick to respond, kind, and easy to work with. I would recommend this condo and location anytime you're coming to Denver/Lakewood.

Great stay, even better property manager

Stayed for a whole year because we loved the location, the friendly neighbors, and the apts proximity to parks, grocery stores, belmar, and vasa gym! Apartment was cozy and Kimberley was super helpful and responsive with any maintenance needs or concerns. Laundry was a 2 min walk at most and there was always a machine open! Only things to be aware of that its still Denver/Lakewood, so make sure to remove valuables from your car. We never had an issue but a couple cars got their windows smashed into on 4th of July. Theres also a unit above this one so you may hear the neighbors a bit. But dont let the things above totally put a pause on renting this place we really did love living here, and would totally do it again!

I have been using furnished finder for a little over 2 years now and haven't had a place better than this yet. K and R made this place warm and homey, and the perfect place to come home to relax in. This place is in the perfect location, especially if your an outdoors person with it being so close to the mountain accesses. Communication between landlord/now friend and tenant is always important when renting, and Kimberly was always quick to respond when I had any questions. She was also happy to recommend any suggestions if you are first time stayer in the Denver area. I couldn't imagine me staying in any other place if I was to take another contract in Denver, and I highly suggest this place to anybody that is considering a stay in Denver.
