Cozy

This place was cozy and cute. Son and I stayed here 4 months with no problems. Backyard was great for my 2 dogs. Close by is a jogging path on 13th and Roosevelt. Owner is very understanding and easy to work with. I highly recommend.

Comfortable stay

House is cute and comfortable. No issues with any appliances. Wifi is great. Back yard was great for my fur baby. House is a couple blocks from main road is Wichita. Church across the street & 2 blocks away. Host is great & very responsive

Charming Blue Home

We had a great stay at this home. B was a warm host and was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. The home is comfortable and has a relaxed feel to it. My boyfriend and I were the first occupants of this lovely home and we were told everything in the home was brand new. The bed was great and we were able to sleep well. What impressed us the most was the beautiful kitchen, fully equipped with appliances, including a Keurig coffee maker. We had a few issues with the pipes freezing over during the harsh winter, but that was to be expected. At times, we did experience lukewarm showers but I believe that was due to the weather being so cold out. Whatever minor issues we had, B was always quick to respond and was happy to resolve the issue right away. The backyard is very spacious and private. The location is convenient and the neighborhood was very quiet. We really enjoyed our stay here!
